 FAQs

  • On our booking page, you can select a date, make a payment, and agree to our terms and conditions. You’ll be all set and will receive an email from us with confirmation, as well as details and instructions on how to access the space before your session.

  • The studio is located inside a quiet office building near downtown Bend and is secured with a smart lock. There is a large window faces the parking lot that lets in great natural light, but has a translucent shade that can be rolled down for more privacy. We do have a camera inside the studio for security purposes. This is only accessible by Dawn and Britt and only referenced if an issue arises. There are restrooms available in the building for additional privacy if needed.

  • For the purpose of size and parking limitations, preserving the quality of the space, and keeping noise volume to a minimum for the other businesses in the building, we ask you limit the number of people in the space to 6 or less.

  • Please notify us right away if anything is broken, ripped, stained, or damaged. We understand accidents happen, but we want to do our best to keep our space in the best shape for the next users. We will assess the damage and bill for any necessary repairs or replacements.

  • Please fill out our contact form to inquire about hosting small gatherings.

  • Yes. There is a private lot for the building which includes one designated space for our suite, plus marked visitor spaces. There is additional street parking if necessary.

  • You’ll receive an email 24 hours before your session with check in instructions and a code for the smart lock.

  • Please notify us if you plan to go over your scheduled time. We may be able to accommodate extra time in the studio, but there may be someone coming in to use it after you. If it’s available, you will be billed for any additional time.

  • OUR EXPECTATIONS:

    We kindly request that you maintain the space's cleanliness and beauty during your use. Our aim is to maintain a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing environment that can be appreciated by everyone. We kindly ask that you show respect for our studio space and all of its elements.

    Please be prompt with your rented time slot. The time slot you reserve includes your setup and clean up. If you go over your time slot, you will be billed accordingly. In the case that you wish to extend your session time, you must contact Twin Creative Studio at 541-648-6131 by text and receive confirmation that the space is available after your scheduled time. If additional time is available, you will be billed hourly at $70/hr.

    Please clean up after yourself and your clients. Please throw away garbage, sweep if needed, wipe down dirty surfaces, etc. If you rearranged any furniture or props, please put them back how you originally found them.

    Please lock the studio door behind you to insure the safety of our space.

    During the duration of your rental, you bear the responsibility for ensuring that both you and your clients or guests behave appropriately. If any actions are deemed dangerous, illegal, or negligent, the rental may be terminated right away. In such cases, it may be necessary to contact law enforcement or pursue legal measures as deemed necessary.

    Please keep noise levels to a minimum. We share a building with other business, and ask you respect their environment.

    Please refrain from removing any items from the studio. If any items are discovered missing during your allocated time, we will thoroughly examine the studio's recorded footage and, if needed, hold you responsible for covering the cost of replacing the missing items.

    If damage occurs to the studio or any of the items in the studio during your time slot, additional fees will be charged.

    The premises is under video and audio surveillance at all time. By agreeing to these rules and being present at your rented time slot, you are consenting to both the video and audio recording during your allotted time. You further understand that you, the renter, are responsible for notifying your clients/guests of this provision and/or obtaining any waivers/permissions required for this video/audio surveillance. In the event of any clothing changes, the private bathrooms may be utilized. Renter and their guests are under notice there is no expectation of privacy in the premises outside of the bathrooms.

    Food and drink are allowed in the studio, but not allowed on the furniture.

    No smoking or drugs are permitted.

    No pets allowed.

    No open flames, candles, confetti, glitter, or smoke bombs allowed.

    Workshops or styled events must be approved beforehand. Please email us with the details before booking.


    CANCELATION POLICY:

    72 hours or more notice for cancelation is required for a full refund of your reservation. Reservations canceled less than 72 hours in advance will receive studio credit only.

    For credit of the full amount paid, 48 hours or more notice is required. For 50% studio credit, 24 hours or more notice is required. Any reservation canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded or credited.

    All rescheduling must be done 48 hours or more before the original reservation time. Any rescheduling less than 48 hours before the original reservation time will be subject to a fee of 50%.

    There will be no refunds on unused time.

    Twin Creative Studio Reserves the right to cancel any bookings at their discretion.

    In the rare case that this happens, a full refund will be given.


    LIABILITY:

    This agreement releases Owner from all liability relating to physical injuries and/or injury to Renter’s equipment that may occur during any future rental period agreed upon between Owner and Renter. Renter agrees to hold Owner entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

    Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any of Renter’s guests while Renter is in control of the premises and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter’s use of the premises.

    Property - Renter agrees to maintain the premises, furniture and all equipment within the space in as good a condition as they were at the beginning of the term. They agree to dispose of all trash in the provided trash cans and clean up any messes that occur during their rental period. If you fill the trash during your session or throw away garbage that might cause a bad odor in the studio, we just ask that you dispose of the trash in the dumpsters located in the parking lot. If the studio is not left in good condition (i.e. trash thrown away, props placed back in original locations, and messes cleaned up) and/or the renter is late leaving the premises, they will be subject to a fee and may be denied future bookings.
