Studio Rental policies
We want Twin to feel easy to use, ready when you arrive,
and ready for whoever is next when you go.
By booking the studio, you agree to the following:
-
Your rental includes the room or rooms listed in your reservation.
Please keep clients, gear, props, strollers, car seats, and other belongings inside your booked space. Jackets and purses may be placed on the hallway hooks as long as the walkway stays clear. The neighboring offices, office common areas, and other studio rooms are not included in your booking.
Furniture and decor may be rearranged within your booked room, but should never be moved from one room to another. Please return everything to its original place before leaving.
-
Your reservation begins and ends at the times listed in your booking. All setup, shooting, cleanup, resetting the room, and client departures must happen within that time.
Before leaving, please return furniture and props, remove your belongings, throw away trash, clean up any spills or messes, and lock the studio door.
To request additional time, text 541-420-4004. You may stay longer only after receiving confirmation that the studio is available. Unapproved overtime or additional cleaning may result in a minimum $50 fee.
-
Twin shares the building with other renters and working offices, so please be thoughtful about noise, music, client traffic, and activity in the hallway.
The bathroom is available for normal use and clothing changes.
Food and drinks are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. No smoking, drugs, pets, open flames, candles, glitter, confetti, or smoke bombs.
Renters are responsible for their clients, guests, assistants, and children while using the studio. Nothing may be removed from the space, and renters are responsible for damage or missing items during their reservation.
-
72 hours or more: Full refund or one complimentary reschedule.
24 to 72 hours: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours: No refund or rescheduling.
If Twin needs to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund.
-
Renters use the studio at their own risk and are responsible for their own equipment, belongings, clients, and guests. Twin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
The studio must be left clean, reset, and ready for the next renter.
Additional charges may apply for damage, missing items, excessive mess, or failure to return furniture and props to their original places.
-
Mini sessions, workshops, pop-ups, and other high-traffic bookings are priced at a higher hourly rate than standard studio rentals and must be booked by inquiry.
Mini-session days are held on weekends and require both studio rooms for a half-day minimum. Standard hourly bookings may not be used to host mini sessions or events.
